Flatlands Industrial Park

Flatlands Industrial Park was New York City's first and most successful industrial park. It was developed by Rentar, in stages on 100 acres of raw land in Brooklyn. The Flatlands portfolio includes 1,211,630 Sq.Ft. of warehouse space. Rentar continues to manage the properties today, having sold several of the buildings to CenterPoint Properties in January 2020.
